We own 2 2023 Kawasaki Jetski Ultra 160LX's and wanted a cover to store them in the garage for the winter. Kawasaki has been on back order so OEM is not currently an option.

After looking online at covers that fit this particular model, I was brought to Seal Skin Covers website. Reading the description, the covers were manufactured for these particular models and had great benefits such as trailerability, access to fuel while covered, sewn in tie down straps and the pics show a perfect fit. That is not what they sent!

I received a generic jetski cover that doesn't come close to fitting snugly. It's so loose, if we trailered with the covers on, it would tear up the jetskis or even worse, fly off and cause an accident behind us.

The "fueling access" is definitely not designed for our model so zippers and loose fit would cause additional damage. The tie down straps were not sewn as pictured, they threw in some generic straps that were poorly designed. The buckles would slap against the hull if it was trailered.

As many have noted, Customer Service is non-existent. They want me to pay an 18% restocking fee.

So their business model is that they commit fraud through false advertising (across State lines to boot), deliver items that are not what they advertise, and I have to pay them? This place needs to be sued into oblivion.

I purchased a cover for my sons new Tesla Model Y car. However, there is no way to access the recharging port on his car with this cover, and now I have to shell out 18% for a cover that is absolutely flawed in design.

HOW could a car cover be made for a specific model of electric vehicle, and NOT include a way to access the charge port on that vehicle! I am very unhappy. I have never purchase a car cover before, but after reading all the glowing features it has, I was looking forward to presenting this to my son.

My son called me when he received it, and realized that there was no way to access the charging port on his vehicle..he hasnt even removed the cover from its packaging. I will not recommend seal skin covers to anyone..how could your company make a cover like this !!!

The quality is not expected as advertised and the fit is not as good as the cheap ones. Lifetime warranty in just a few months the car cover sealskin is flaking already and when you get the replacement need to pay again. Bought a lot of times same thing and tried all the colors in a few months it discolored already.

Once installed and on the road for about 40 minutes I noticed the cover was loosely fitting on the back corners of the boat allowing it to stretch and create a huge wind sock. SEE attached photos for examples of what it looked like.

Then after an hour or so I noticed the sides began to violently shake and a huge windsock developed behind the windshield.

Overall I was greatly disappointed with the lack of performance in the Seal Skin and I believe the issues would not go away unless there were major changes to the design and final construction.

I request a full refund and would be more than happy to send back my Seal Skin if you like - just send me the address to where you would like it sent.

I'm sorry to see that you are having an issue with your cover.

Our covers are designed for travelling if used and installed properly at a maximum speed limit of 45-55 mph, especially in bad weather since the cover can get damaged if you're not being careful.

Unfortunately since the cover has been damaged a refund is no longer an option. However, as a courtesy for the troubles caused we can help your replace your cover under warranty and void the $35 warranty processing fee. Please let us know if that would work for you.

The boat cover you sold me failed. To exchange it for another that would inevitably fail as this one did does not help me.

Your boat covers are not road worthy and should only be sold as stationary dust covers.

I expect a full refund.

Ordered a custom cover to fit my center console boat. Cover was over 6 feet too short and didn't come close to going over the center console. They wanted a 20 percent restocking fee to return the cover that clearly didn't fit. Read the hundreds of complaints at BBB and realized their business plan is to send the wrong cover then make money from the restocking fee. The only way to get a full refund is to dispute the credit card charge. Not sure why they haven't been cut off by the credit card companies.

User's recommendation: This cover really is a SEAL! Very Heavy! More for a Boat or to cover a old Automobile waiting to be restored. Way tooo heavy. Plus it damaged the paint on the rear back passenger (trunk/). VERY HEAVY. Had to wrestle it to put it on the car.

I ordered an Elite cover for my 2023 F-150 based on the website description, the 4/5 hail damage rating in particular. What I received couldn't protect from the bowel movement of a large sea gull.

When I called to complain, I was told that international orders (in my case Canada), were not eligible for returns. That condition was apparently buried in the website somewhere under "fine print". Their solution was to sell me a "Superior" cover at a discount, which I would have ordered in the first place if it was on their website - it wasn't. They said that was their mistake, but the Elite order and cover was my problem.

But they were still willing, out of their commitment to customer service, to do me a big favor by selling me yet another cover, non-returnable, and of questionable quality based on my experience to date.

Canadian customers in particular: BE AWARE that this is a scam. They are sending an inferior product and hiding behind the fine print.

I was told by the BBB to get a hold of Anthony in customer service to resolve my problem. I purchased a cover for a 1969 Galaxie convertible that did not fit, I also purchased the $35.00 warranty. When I tried to put the cover on it caught the trim piece and ripped, I sent pictures and tried to call but got no response.

Cover deteriorating
