I ordered two covers. Both turned to be defected.

I called them to have them replaced. They are being pain in neck to deal with. I asked them to send us new covers to protect my toys. They do not care.

They were planning to charge me for restocking fee (%20). What in the world would anyone want to restock the defected products? I spoke to the manager and it turned out that everybody work there are 'manager'. I made a deal with them by having both of us meeting at our halfway (compromise).

It turned that they did not keep their words and they basically lied. Do not trust them at all.

I will not buy any products from them anymore. You are on your own risk if you want to buy something from them.
