And they hung up. I never got the information to buy a boat cover, 4/21/17 I think the calls must go to a call center, because an employee should care About doing a good job.. Otherwise the company would close and every one would be out of a job.
I hope someone in management will get to see the complaints about The "sad" performance in customer service.. Maybe this will help improve the image of the company, I was happy with the fit of the boat cover because it was specific to the bay boat I use for fishing, hope this review helps some one who is looking to buy A new boat cover.
