I attempted to contact them after I placed an order which showed processing for over a week - so I decided to cancel, then all of a sudden the order was shipped - so I returned the order and was charged a large restocking fee. They didn't seem to care that they were the one's at fault - they sent the cover in a plastic UPS bag - not correctly packaged at all, and I returned in the exact package - the restocking fee was for repackaging?
I don't think so - I also had to contact them to even get part of my refund back and they lied as they told me they would refund me in full when I spoke to them in person. They didn't hesitate to charge my credit card but it was very hard to get even a partial refund after they failed to inform me my product was actually shipped until I told them to cancel the order - very disappointed
