Seal Skin Covers - Poor quality and does not follow their return policy
Just purchased 3 covers for my vehicles. When I received the covers they were not what I saw on the website.
Called customer service for refund, had to call several times for the return label. Prior to this I received several emails from customer service asking me if I was sure I wanted to return them or to keep them with a 20% discount. The covers are of poor quality and customer service sucks. When UPS attempted to deliver the package the company had moved to another location, so this delayed my return.
Their return policy, on the email with the return label, states that once the covers are scanned by UPS for return they would issue a refund within 24-72 hours, which would be followed up by a confirmation email regarding your refund.
It's been 11 days since the covers were mailed out and I have not yet received my refund. Oh, FYI - all this has transpired within the 30-day return policy time frame. I would not recommend Seal Skin Covers to anyone.
