I purchased a boat cover from Sealskin because they advertise a "ten year" warranty. The cover was installed and used correctly.
It did not last two years - developed holes and shredded. Spent $35.00 to ship it back to them in order to get a replacement. It took several weeks to get the replacement. This cover was also installed and used correctly.
It has not lasted one year - developed a tear. I called customer service and was on hold for over a half-hour. I hung up and called back and was able to get connected by going through sales (they can take your money but not deal with your problem?). Customer service "manager" basically told me I was stuck with this cover because the warranty only covers one replacement.
He would not connect me to his supervisor and said I could email a report. I told him I will be making many reports and he said, "later". Bad product!
Bad warranty! Bad customer service!
