Ordered on line 3/18/18.Received e mail 3/20/18 said cover shipped via UPS and received a tracking number.

Now 8 days later and UPS still has not received the package for shipment, just a tracking label which indicates the cover never shipped from their site. 3 E mails, one on line chat and a phone call and all I was told is to "wait for a ticket and check your e mail" but nothing. I disputed the charge off my credit card. I think this company is a credit card fraud scam site.

Beware. Three people at their company couldn't tell me anything. I didn't see all the negative reviews before I tried to do business with this company. Now I'll have to wait 90 days to get my money back.

Seal Skin Covers should be ashamed of themselves call themselves veterans.I'm a vet and Vets don't scam vets !

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $110.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Web site.

I didn't like: Lack of communication and they did not ship the product, Nobody wanted to help me on the phone or on line chat yesterday.
