I used their agents to help find the right cover for my boat...got it ordered, only to be shipped the wrong cover and wrong color. Ordered a return and replacement, only to find that this one also, was not the right cover, while the color was correct, the size was was NOT.

$40 restocking fee, for a problem was not mine... Two times, I tried to place my trust in this company fell short.

I ended up having to buy something locally to protect my boat. Word to the wise...Don't buy from them, terrible customer service, even for someone who claimed to be the Manager.
